Shean Donovan began his hockey career playing minor hockey in TIMMINS, Sault Ste Marie and then with Ottawa Valley Titans while living in Carleton Place, Shean played 1 year with Kanata Lasers in the C.H.L before being drafted by the Ottawa 67’s . He played 3 seasons with the 67’s recording 196 points in 225 games. Shean was drafted by the San Jose Sharks 28th overall in 1993. During his NHL career Shean has recorded 242 points in  951 games. Regarded as one of the fastest skaters in the game, the defensive forward has recorded 10 shorthanded goals. He has played for  San Jose, Colorado, Atlanta, Pittsburg, Calgary, Boston and Ottawa in the NHL. His biggest season offensively was 2003-2004 with Calgary when he recorded 18 goals and 24 assists placing him second on the team in goals and third in scoring. During this season Shean recorded his second NHL hat trick and was the offensive player of the week in December of that season. Also that season Shean scored 10 points during an exciting playoff run to the seventh game of the finals which was lost to Stanley cup champs Tampa Bay. Shean has represented Ontario winning the under 17 championship in Sudbury 1992, also won the gold medal for Canada in Red Deer with the World Juniors in 1995 and won gold in Finland with the Canadian World Championship Team in 1997.

Chris' background in Fitness and Health is very diversified:Ottawa Senators, NHL Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, former New York Islanders, NHL Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, 17 years experience coaching and rehabilitating numerous professional and amateur athletes(NHL, OHL, NCAA, CFL, CIS and National Team athletes, former Ottawa 67's Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, over 14 years experience working clinically as Exercise Therapist, Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Dalhousie, Member of the Ontario Kinesiology Authority (OKA), Completed PFLC (Professional Fitness Lifestyle Consultant, through the Canadian Society of exercise Physiology), Former Division 1 Professional Volleyball Player in France and Belgium, CIAU Mens Volleyball ‘All-Canadian'.
